the time you finish paying for 1 unit, you've actually paid for 10
units or more, even tho' you thought you only bought one and
were given three free of charge.
So all sorts of influential
tricksters, mainly nonGouvernementales (ngo), come to yours to
market and monetize non-existent or half-existent goods and
services...
These and other such things, some of'em mortally grave, happen; and
you keep idle as a law-enactor...or work dubiously as a
law-enforcer...Or as a computer-literate fool, you tinker with
computer sets in search of dupes...

And you flatter yourself that you're clever.

You can see, your "clever" love of unmerited honours & glories turns
out to mean, practically, that yu are extremely idiotic.

You complain, almost all the time, of pdp's mal-governance. I've
learned to ask: Isn't pdp {"parti démocratique du peuple." Une des
associations de meurtriers et de voyous au nigéria} a best of
nigerianhood or nigerianship? What evils does PDP commit, that
''typical nigerians" (> 99.99% of adults in the population) outside
PDP don't commit against otherpeople much more?
