CLASSIFIED GOSSIP (2)

two yet-peaceful countries. Benin's so fraught with 'organisations non-Gouvernementales', I wonder what else of sociality,organisation-wise, do people engage in. Is NGO-ism all?

Then look further at the peaceless ones undergoing, or recov'ring from, turmoils, natural and human-contrived...

They say he 'savvy book'; so there's no doubt the Jo' knows the implications of these & more. But they are his internal & external power roots; a sort of political investment. His techno-phobic attitudes: under his watch, the industry of real industrializers was not only figuratively but also literally being burnt down...so that no gifted indigenous substitute could breach the profit of local compradors & their off-shore masters, typify this.

When you depend on others, especially territorial & political foreigners, for your basic food, basic medicine, basic education,--things you are yourself capable of--you are, or have become at best, an appendage of those others, or something worse: a marionette in their hand; no matter how well you try at rationalizing your laziness or incompetence or... as interdependence of nations.
Government for the profit of foreign bodies.

The government chairmanship of Mr Gudlock was throwing away somethings that any technosophic or techno-philic authority would rejoice to have.
