West Africa's War Purchasers

May I berate the attitude of W Africa's governments?
I do not believe évolution(ism) as the ultimate explanation of our presence here. But certain behaviours & attitudinal characteristics of some people tempt me to graft explanation from evoligion's doctrines for what I observe. Certain things are unnatural, yet people engage in them so frequently and for so long a period...they assume the posture of naturalness...

A wanderer (but not lost) in Africa, I sometimes feel privately that the african African is innately immoral and incapable of realy doing anything beneficial for more than itself...
More than two generations of our occupying our presidential & gubernatorial offices ourselves, it's still as if modernity met us in a cave of cockroaches...
Yet greater responsibility for this state of things is with the gov'ments; they have the executive power to change or unchange their area in wide scope...

WHY W AFRICA's RULING ELITES BOUGHT THE WAR FOR MALI
The governments say they wanted to prevent the spread of terrorism and religionic fundamentalism. But it is a huge lie. What they actually want to prevent is positive change. The real reason Afriqan gov'ments (especially those of West Af') participated in the unnecessary "war" in Mali includes, but not limited to, perpetuation of their criminal statusquo at home. They know that what they do in almost all of W Africa is not governance! It's sheer robbery! They know it. Indeed, in one W African state, apart from robbery and assassination, nearly everything else governmental [promulgation or project] is a lie! a façade, Something meant to deceive the hearer or the looker-on! So insincere, a sincere soul cannot be safe by depending on government's official statements
Quite factual: though approximate absence of any difference between the existence and nonexistence of government is a ubiquity in the region, this evil spirit is more severely concentrated in some states than in some others of the region. Trop de bandits en Cote d'Ivoire! Trop d'escrocs à main armée au Nigéria! And, indeed, it can be made out that government-lessness could be less appalling were it practicable to (experimetally) render some peoples governmentless there...

They depend on terrorists for continued hold unto power. Often the very religion-born terrorism is the main ingredient of their broth of governance. How many major officials
of any of the W African governments are not guilty of owning private armies, a retinue of armed thugs who enforce private decisions & caprices of their employers against public laws? These private armies override public decisions with private whims. Their detail is that.

Year by year, millions of children are conscripted into desperate survivalism under governments that are comparatively richer than most of their counterparts on the continent... People "serve" their fatherland, "serving" their 'compatriots' and other less lawless inhabitants therein into more homelessness; more desperation in getting food; more illiteracy and more medical helplessness; rendering large numbers of people very susceptible to the whims of local & international profiteers, and insist on continuing to "serve"... What terrorism is greater than...?!
These pathologically elitist, inflated-egoed public functionaries who fill dirty cities and roadless villages with imported expensive toys, who acquire property abroad with public resource for private use, the economic worth of which are unimaginable at home, are well aware that their kind of governance is not what morally de-justifies rebellion (against 'em); rather it justifies it. So they need physical force that only foreigners' military hardwares can grant. They need french "tigers" {specially designed martial aircrafts } to transmit some trepidation to any of their rebellion-inclined 'guarddogs',...for kleptomania does not allow them to even attempt establishing "a constructive co-operation of talents" that's often the base (foundation) of home-grown social power in some places. They need foreign AID to keep oppressing the people of their homeland; and the French is ready & willing for now to give IT, largely because the kleptocracies of Africa
(and elsewhere) do feed the 'bigness' or big self-estime of aristocrats of W Europe & N América and their edwards, the (international) banks handlers...

That's why they "signed in" to the "wars": to defend their crimes and crime-begotten luxuries...

Unfortunately, the equally or even more treacherous French, far from securing governmemts from rebels in a locality for long, is out to dupe and dump them; because the agenda of intentions in these "interventions" is not about rebels or suchlike. They're about sustaining this virulent brand of capitalism that thrive on elite-created-commomer-victimizing privations...Rebel or non rebel governments: whichever...
Or why the inconsistency: bombing (disarming?) intervention in W, and arming intervention in N & Central Af' and ME?

A QUESTION FOR FRANÇE

By observation, we've noticed well that propaganda (especially ones aimed at promoting social injustice) is a dynamic art; it usually succeeds hitchlessly before it fails in like manner that it (had) succeeded.

Any time I heard Mr François Hollande talk of terrorism and the war against it, I wanted to act the demons who queried the children of Scëva:
We know The Christ; by the "spirit" he's radiating. His identity is quite unmistakeable. We also know well those who have absorbed or adopted his spirit...
But you? You: Who are 'u?!! {Acts 19 : 15...}

We know anti-terrorists, Mr Hollande. We know also those who work against terrorism with sincere hatred of it, even if they oppose terror-mongers without raising a stick (let alone guns & "precision" bombs).
Mr Hollande, You're not anti-terrorist; you're the terrorist!

[Sometime before, when Mr Nicolas Sarkozy visited Bamako, Mali, during his official occupancy of the Elysée, people hailed: "Sarko! Sarko!" I said to my Ghanaian companion, "...Ought to call him 'Tsarka' {tether or punitive restriction}, not Sarko. This man's kingdom prevented <<the African man from entering history>> So, Tsarka! Tsarka!"]

As the politico-military authorities of France continue their sarkozyian pretentions, I felt I could directly ask 'em: What pact have you entered into with your Allahist colleagues that 'u pretend to bomb 'em in W Africa and at same time fund 'em, arm them, and transport 'em to (the) Middle East...?
