who make nigeria bleed

Obodo ndị ohi na-achị, ọ na adị n'udo? Obodo ọbụ ndị omèk'omè na-abụ Eze, ọ na adị enwe nganihu? {= a Nation présided over by criminals, does it ever have peace!? Does it ever make progress?!}

...A Naijeriya ba mu bi doka. Unka bi doka, za a ce baka da wayo... {...in Nigeria, we do not conduct our affairs in accordance with the intentions of the Law; if you do things according to law, people will say that you're not clever...}
---- Respondent to a questionaire

We have known from long experience that it is Crime that causes Poverty. Not vice versa. Crime and ignorance.
Then the poverty nurtures, ramifies and becomes the perpetuity base for the crime and its ramifications.
Generally, Nigerians are funny, whether they shout "allahu akbar" or "alleluiah". Do they really believe their words? Some of them asked their chief, Mr Jonathan, to pray so that God will deliver nigerians from their enemies.
And by "enemies" they're evidently referring to the jihadist terrorists...
As if nigeria has been socially (& morally) healthy, and suddenly some arant enemies from unknown outside started diseasing her.

Whoever knows nigeria and nigerians well would know also that the bombings & the bombers are not enemies of nigeria but some of nigeria's (by-)products. They are her fruits; fruits of nigerianities & nigerianisms accummulated over a long period and still accummulating...

Ok, which or how many nigerians: be they groups or individuals, would not bomb and shoot if they feel confident (if they have enough 'iron') of maximizing their political and financial gains thereby?

In this way, the present bombers are not diff'rent from most other nigerians. They're merely exercising a sensationalized variant of their nigerian-ness 'earlier' and internationally...

Civil freedom has virtually disappeared from Nigeria. Largely because law-forces mostly enforce lawlessness, not law.
Sufficient "iron", "bank cheques", & greed-blinded psychophants: and law(-enforcement) would come submitting to you; you'd be licenced indirectly to be breaching public interest by the very institutions that ought to hound you down.

I think that anyones who want to reform nigeria should start, after reforming themselves, by changing radically the processes of enlisting law enforcement agents. Get courageous and straightforward people who believe in nigeria, if anyones (among nigerians) still do. Train, equip and mandate them to live or die for the upkeep of the intentions of the laws of the land.

Churches (assemblies of ritual worshippers) are hardly places of moral or ethical refuge any longer.
